We are currently recruiting for a Shelter Supervisor, located in Palmer at our DVSA Shelter. This is a full-time position with benefits to assist with the supervision of emergency shelter staff and ensuring the effective execution of domestic violence and sexual assault services to shelter residents and nonresidents, including the 24-hour crisis line. Develop, implement, and supervise life skills and support groups. Create and manage case plans that are responsive to the needs of all shelter participants.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field and one-year successful work experience in a residential setting and one-year case management experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Two years successful work experience in a residential setting and one-year successful experience in case management as a shift supervisor.
