Computer Safety
If you believe your computer or cell phone may be being monitored, there is a “safe exit” button at the top of our webpage. Please remember, it is not possible to clear all your history or online footprints and sometimes deleting history is not in your best interest if someone is monitoring your computer activity. If you are concerned that you may be being monitored, you may want to use a safe computer through a trusted friends’ home, a local library, or an internet café.
ANDVSA Privacy Statement
ANDVSA provides digital services, primarily to membership and as a tool to share resources with Alaskans. ANDVSA does not work directly with clients to provide advocacy or emergency shelter, for a list or programs with telephone hotlines in the state, please click here.
Email and text messaging are not the safest or most confidential ways to talk to someone about abuse in your life. Each of our member programs can be reached through the telephone and their phone numbers are listed here.
At ANDVSA we define our digital services as comments through ANDVSA’s YouTube page, Stand Up Speak Up Alaska’s YouTube page, Stand Up Speak Up Alaska’s Instagram, Alaska Men Choose Respect on Twitter, ANDVSA’s Facebook page and the Lead On! Facebook page. We also provide services through the “contact us” portion of our website. Finally, ANDVSA provides online services through our webinars for members and partners, our online course and intranet (for program directors and advocates).
If at any time, you feel that you safety or privacy may be compromised due their use of these services, please call ANDVSA. You may also contact us to let us know if you see any offensive or inappropriate comments through our social media accounts. 907-586-3650 many of our trainings and resources are available in print and through audio recordings and we are happy to provide non-digital resources upon request.

ANDVSA uses this unidentifiable, anonymous information to track increases and decreases to visits to our website.

Our site and services offer links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website for which ANDVSA has no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on all such sites as their policies may differ from ours. Donations
When you make a donation on the ANDVSA website you will be connected to Paypal. You may also donate to ANDVSA through the State of Alaska “Pick Click Give” program (link). Please note: when you donate either of these two ways, you will be required to share some some of your personally identifiable information with third parties in order to process the transaction. For example, you will need to share your credit card, address associated with your card, and/or your bank account routing information. These third parties have their own privacy statements which you may review; however, they are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these donation services. We do not share any of your personally identifiable information with unrelated third parties.
Newsletter
You may sign up for our newsletter here (link). Past newsletters are available here (link). Our newsletters are sent via email. In order to sign up for our newsletter you will need to share your email address with us. We will share your email address with MailChimp, our newsletter distribution service, but niether MailChimp nor ANDVSA will share your email addresses with any additional third parties.

Unless you choose to share any personal or identifying information, the only information collected from this contact form will be your email address, community, and your message. We will respond to you to share resources and connect you to a program in your area.
