● Provide crisis intervention, support, and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
● Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work with diverse populations.
● Work independently, on a team, and promote non-violent behavior and empowerment philosophy.
● High School Diploma or equivalent required.
● Degree or experience working in related field required.
