Facilitated by the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, The Legal Advocacy Virtual Curriculum provides further education on Legal Advocacy. This course is designed for advocates who have at least one year of experience in advocacy and are looking to expand their education and knowledge on helping survivors navigate legal systems.

Curriculum Topics Include: Basics of Legal Advocacy, Justice Systems Overview, Civil Legal System, Criminal Justice System, Protective Orders, Family Law, Victim’s Rights, Finding the Law, and Legal Resources
